Book a Free Trial
Have one of our coaches shadow you through our classes. They will coach you through your first class and make sure you are safe while allowing you to experience one of our classes.

Review
After you're completed a trial class one of our Coaches will have a review with you to talk about how you enjoyed your session and to get to know what your fitness goals are.
03.
Join our Classes
Once you are ready to start an our coaches know what you're looking to achieve and how many times you would like to train per week. They will help you pick the right membership pacakage and get you registered on Wodify so you can start to join classes.
